Cancellation: You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee as detailed on our website.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, or Zelle payment, Late payments may result in additional charges or discontinuation of services.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable working conditions during our cleaning appointments. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that the environment is safe from hazardous conditions, providing access to the areas that need cleaning, and securing pets.

We aim to provide the highest quality of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.

Damage Claims: In case of any damage caused by our staff during a cleaning session, please report it to us within 24 hours. We will assess the claim and provide compensation, repair, or replacement according to our assessment.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Boynton Cleaning Service and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Boynton Cleaning Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boynton Cleaning Service and its employees from any claims, liabilities, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
